Lance Lager has something to say to business: to improve your competitive position and bottom line in today's tough-as-nails business climate, recognize and resolve dysfunctional behaviors within yourself and your employees.
Lager, author of the internationally published book Mental Judo and highly acclaimed corporate trainer, lecturer, teacher, and business executive, is conveying his message at public seminars and through private consultation with firms and organizations in cities nationwide.
Lager, who has already appeared on over 500 radio and television broadcasts throughout the United States, brushes off the suggestion that he is rapidly becoming the "Louis Rukeyser of Corporate Revitalization in America," but the description is fitting, even if he lacks the full head of white hair.
Lager, in fact, has trained thousands of executives to be more successful in business and in their personal lives for more than 35 years. During the past 11 years, he has developed and refined a program for corporate revitalization which he calls "Regenesis." According to Lager, it utilizes many of the same principles he's employed over the years to "coach" CEOs and VPs, grooming them for ever higher levels of success.
"Regenesis represents a breakthrough in corporate revitalization strategies," avers Lager. "It works quickly to transform companies, producing positive, lasting effects in individuals, management teams, and organizations. But it all starts with the person inside -- the most frequently denied and neglected participant on the corporate playing field."
According to Lager, Regenesis maximizes the effectiveness of a company's human resources, enhancing communication, morale, performance and productivity throughout an organization. It does so by eliminating negative emotions and self-sabotaging behaviors in employees. With conflicts under control, a company can build more focused and committed teams.
"A company is like a family in many ways, and it can be dysfunctional," explains Lager. "The same unresolved conflicts that people play out in their marriages and individual relationships, they also play out at work.
"Regenesis very quickly helps people identify -- and overcome -- these unresolved life dramas, which often sabotage individual success and limit productivity and profitability."
"More than any other program, Regenesis has, in a very short time, positively impacted productivity, communications, and team work," says Tom Smith, General Manager, U.S. West Communications, Inc., Tempe, Arizona. "Personally, it has provided me with valuable insights and powerful tools to enhance my career path."
Dan L. Gay, Regional Director of MCI Telecommunications in Englewood, Colorado, has had a similar experience with Regenesis.
"The Regenesis program has been a terrific transformation program for our entire management team," he says. "The results have been outstanding in more effective communication between the management group and in bringing the managers to a new level. The program focuses on operating in our "adult" state and allowing ourselves to recognize the "child" which can hold us back from succeeding."
Deana R. Dagner, an attorney and principal in the law firm, Walberg & Dagner, P.C., was skeptical when Lager first described the benefits of Regenesis to her. One would expect that: after all, she's a lawyer and lawyers are taught to ask questions and carefully evaluate evidence.
"Regenesis has improved my effectiveness as an attorney as well as positively affected my personal life," says Dagner, who attended one of Lager's seminars in 1991.
These examples, Lager points out, aren't isolated success stories, but exemplify the kinds of reports he hears again and again after the application of his Regenesis tools and strategies. Lager says that these tools and strategies are designed for executives within corporations, as well as for independent entrepreneurs and professionals.
"Anyone who has management or leadership responsibilities for a company or organization can benefit from Regenesis," he emphasizes. For more information about how the Regenesis program can benefit your company, please:
