Lance
Lager, Creator of Regenesis
For more than 35 years, Lance Lager has trained thousands of sales people, business managers and corporate executives to be more successful in their business careers...and personally as well. Many of these individuals have attained high levels of success and satisfaction in life, attributing much of this success to their training with Lance.
Lance is author (with co-author Dr. Amy L. Kraft) of the internationally published book, Mental Judo (Crown Publishers, Inc., New York, NY), which teaches the application of the principles of physical Judo to communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and persuasion. This book has been equally well-received in Japan, the birthplace of Judo, as it has been in the United States.
To date, Lance has appeared on more than 500 TV and radio broadcasts throughout the United States. He created Regenesis, a comprehensive program for corporate transformation and revitalization, after extensive research and more than 11 years of field testing in the most exacting "laboratory" of all: corporate board rooms around the country, where bottom-line results speak louder than empty promises or even the most eloquent excuses. He has proven Regenesis by helping businesses achieve desired results consistently, and in many cases, exceeding their most optimistic expectations.
Lance discloses the secrets of Regenesis in seminars for business leaders and executives, as well as in private consultation with organizations and companies. He regularly consults with organizations, large and small, on team building, conflict resolution, behavior modification and employee selection and evaluation.
Lance earned his B.A. in sociology from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California, and attended graduate school at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, California.
