MasterMind Online Testing - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Can a test taker take a test more than once?

No. This is by design. Each test should be done only once for best results.

Even if someone could figure out how to take a test more than once (e.g. to "improve" their score) only the first set of results are ever saved. This means that any future attempts to take a test will not be recorded.

  • What kind of web browser is required?

Any modern-day web browser may be used, such as Microsoft‘s Internet Explorer, Opera or Firefox, to name a few.

  • What kind of personal information do you collect from test takers?

Only the information required to take the tests. This information is required to fill out certain paperwork and is retained for either:

  • One year after the completion of the test.
  • If the subscriber closes their account, all information is removed from our system.
  • Suppose a test taker‘s PC crashes during a test or loses a connection to the Internet. What happens then?

Test results are only recorded on the completion of each test; not beforehand. In this situation, a test taker can simply use the email they were sent to take the test, and use the same link to access the and restart the test.

  • How do I, as a subscriber, know when all the tests have been taken?

After a successful login to your manager‘s account, a complete listing for all individuals who have taken tests and the tests they have taken is presented.

This is a handy feature, since (for example) if you have subscribed to all 7 tests and one particular individual has not yet taken one (or more), you can easily identify them.

  • How long are tests retained on your system?
  • For one year after completion of a test by an individual - Or -
  • When deleted by a subscriber - Or -
  • When a subscriber closes their account.
