What is Regenesis?

Regenesis is a proven new human resource technology for the 21st century. Building on a company's existing strengths, it can transform an entire organization and maximize its most valuable asset -- human resources -- in a very short period of time. A brief history

Regenesis, Inc. evolved from Mental Judo, Inc. Mental Judo, Inc. was incorporated in 1981 by Lance Lager and Dr. Amy Kraft to market seminars, workshops, and consulting services to the business community, in addition to their internationally published book, Mental Judo, and other educational and training materials. Based on the application of physical judo techniques to human communications (i.e, balance, non-resistance, "knowing how to fall," etc.), the Mental Judo seminars and workshops have been accredited in Colorado for Continuing Legal Education for attorneys and are most effective in training salespeople, customer service representatives, marketing and public relations staff members.

While presenting Mental Judo seminars to employees in a variety of corporate cultures, Lance Lager, its founder, noticed that many individuals of considerable intelligence and ability would somehow set themselves up to fail. As a result, Mr. Lager and Dr. Kraft and their associate, Cheryl Barker, developed a new technology called Regenesis that created a dynamic model of awareness plus simple, yet powerful exercises to enable employees to "change" old behaviors and eliminate destructive patterns. The result was a dramatic reduction in dysfunction in Regenesis client companies, allowing greater productivity, quality and profitability.
